L'œil d'Horus est un ancien symbole égyptien considéré comme une source efficace de protection et un symbole de force et de perfection.
Les symboles entourant l'œil d'Horus sont ceux des planètes de l'univers et des étoiles qui entourent l'œil d'Horus et envoie toute la puissance qui est, qui a été et qui sera dans le symbole de l'œil d'Horus "Je suis venu, je t'apporte l'Œil d'Horus, afin que ton cœur soit rafraîchi par lui." Horus était l'ancien dieu du ciel égyptien qui était généralement représenté comme un faucon ou avec une tête de faucon. L'œil est personnifié dans la déesse Wadjet également connue sous le nom de "l'œil de Ra", qui trouve son origine dans la lutte entre Horus et Seth. Dans ledit combat, Horus perd son œil gauche qui est pris par Seth, mais Horus acquiert alors la vue spirituelle, l'œil de lumière. L'œil a ensuite été guéri par Thoth et est retourné à Horus qui est maintenant connu sous le nom de Wadjet.
L'Œil d'Horus, en fait, est en chacun de nous. Il est représenté par une figure en six parties correspondant à nos six sens : le toucher, le goût, l'ouïe, la pensée, la vue et l'odorat. Plus encore, l'œil droit d'Horus représente des informations concrètes contrôlées par le cerveau gauche. Il traite des mots, des lettres et des chiffres et de ces choses qui peuvent être décrites en termes de phrases ou de pensées complètes. Il aborde l'univers en termes d'idéation masculine.
L'œil gauche d'Horus, quant à lui, représente des informations esthétiques abstraites contrôlées par le cerveau droit. Il traite des pensées et des sentiments ésotériques et est responsable de l'intuition. Il aborde l'univers en termes d'idéation féminine. Nous utilisons l'œil gauche, orienté femme, côté droit de notre cerveau pour le ressenti et l'intuition.

The eye is personified in the goddess Wadjet also known as “The Eye of Ra,” which originates from the struggle between Horus and Seth. In the said fight, Horus loses his left eye which is taken by Seth, but then Horus acquires spiritual sight, the eye of light. The eye was later healed by Thoth and returned to Horus which is now known as Wadjet. The Eye of Horus, in fact, is in all of us. It is represented as a figure with six parts corresponding to our six senses – touch, taste, hearing, thought, sight, and smell. More so, The Right Eye of Horus represents concrete information controlled by the left brain. It deals with words, letters, and numbers and those things which are describable in terms of sentences or complete thoughts. It approaches the universe in terms of male oriented ideation.
The Left Eye of Horus, on the other hand, represents abstract aesthetic information controlled by the right brain. It deals with esoteric thoughts and feelings and is responsible for intuition. It approaches the universe in terms of female oriented ideation. We use the Left Eye, female oriented, right side of our brain for feeling and intuition.
